Lathe cut HPU & XHPU seals

A complete range of lathe cut rod and piston is proposed in the innovative polyurethane HPU and XHPU materials, with different hardness.

These materials, suitable for a wide variety of applications thanks to their multifaceted technical characteristics, are also certified for food use. They can work even in the most critical and stressful operating conditions, such as temperatures from -30 °C to +110 °C (there are special compounds with which these limits can be extended up to temperatures from -50 °C to +130° C) and pressures up to 500 bar.

With this technology it is possible to produce different profiles, ranging from the simple lip seal to the seals consisting of sealing ring and O-ring, up to the vee-pack sets seals usually produced in NBR fabric reinforced.

This technology also makes it possible to obtain seals with better performance compared to the standard material, or the production of special seals, oversized, or produced in small ad-Hoc lots.

These products are used in the sheet metal bending machines, rolling mills, stamping presses, steelworks, plastic molding machines, food packaging, machine tools or from cylinder manufacturers in general.

Thanks to the wide stock of raw materials, and the large production capability, these items also have reduced delivery times, to be able to meet the needs in the event of repairs or maintenance of cylinders, guaranteeing the shortest possible downtime.
